1. Returns Eligibility

You may return items if:

They are unused, unwashed, unworn

In original packaging with tags

You request return within 7 days of delivery

2. Non-Returnable Items

Altered or custom-stitched sarees

Worn jewelry

Clearance/final sale items

Used items

3. Damaged or Wrong Items

If you receive a defective product:

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

Provide photos of the issue

We will replace or refund at no cost

4. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the error was ours.

5. Refund Timeline

Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect returned items.
